TOT Tax

• A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax is added to all room rates.

General Policies:

• Accommodations are not suitable for children under 10 years old unless it is a whole house rental.
• We have no provision for accommodating pets.
• No smoking inside the inn. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A damage/cleaning fee of $200.00 will be assessed for smoking inside rooms or inside the inn.
• Reserving the entire inn requires a non-refundable deposit of $250 and minimum 14 days cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless the inn can be re-booked.
• Since we only have 5 rooms and we do not overbook, we require 14 days advance notice for cancellations or your credit card will be charged a $25 fee. Any cancellations with less than 3 days notice will be charged the full room rate.
• Management reserves the right to change your requested room based on length of stay.
